"convert your images to Pseudo Class Gray"
John, I'm unfamiliar with this term. I normally use photoshop elements which allows you to easily convert into grayscale but it there is something better I'd love to know. My "expertise" in computers is pretty low, so anything that is easy would be a great help to my efforts.

Here is my new project playing around with, i made a sign 12"X38" on my Oliver Intellicarve 1013, i made my first image as a whole then divided into two cut the first section then pasted and stretched to the full size image, then i took the second part and repeated procedure, i then cut out the first image then moved the board along, i dropped my Z down till the tip just touched the end of the first image re clamped it down then proceeded to cut out the second part and here is finished product not bad for a little photo design manipulation

Sounds like that would work for guitar necks too John.

Yes Greg i was thinking about trying that later on, i have a old 12 string Dallas Guitar imported from Europe and my dad forgot to loosen the strings off when not using it and the neck warped so i was thinking of making a new one later on when not so busy

Hi Dennis, nice looking pieces. You might want to consider using high density urethane foam for the ones that you are going to totally paint, I know that a lot of sign makers with CNC use this as opposed to wood. One immediate benefit would be way increased bit life.
