I have my 1013 plugged into the 1st outlet of a 4 outlet chain on a 20 amp breaker, and everything seems to work just fine. I do pause the 1013 if I need to run my planer, but do not if I run my band-saw, Should I just run a separate line just in case.

I have a dedicated circuit for my machine, when it is running nothing else is on that line. These machines are very sensitive to even a minor power flux, pausing might be avoiding a problem but I would not count on it.

Thanks Bob, I knew my inexperience was a big part of some of the issues I had getting started, but I also felt that some were cause by running even just the band-saw.

We have traced errors down a while back to stuff like running a vacuum cleaner to keep the project clean or any other motor. Run it and leave it alone.

Thanks gentlemen for helping out with the power supply issue. Yes, the word from the factory is to try and isolate the intelliCarve from other equipment and to use a dedicated circuit if possible. As well, do not use extension cords.
