I wanted to expand my table so I could cut out a guitar neck so I wanted to add another table to the end of mine.
That got me to thinking looking at my parts list and exploded view pdf's that I may also need replacement parts in the future so
my question is, does Oliver supply spare parts for the 1013 or can they be ordered?
Will all parts even small things like gears need to be special ordered from China?

All parts (for any of our machinery) can be ordered through Oliver Machinery or if in Canada Busy Bee can supply intelliCarve parts. We do stock most common parts but sometimes we may need to special order from our factory in Taiwan. We would either ship them direct to the customer via air post or bring them in with a regular shipment depending on the request of the customer. Air post would be an additional charge.

I have to ask as we are looking to move back to England in the future & love using our 1013.
Do, or can Oliver sell/or supply the cnc router units in England?
Like I said we are going to move to to England & are looking to take our 1013 with us (going to find a transformer to use it, as we have with other US electronics in the past) but need to know the availability of parts & possibly another unit later while we are over there.

You probably should give them a call at Oliver Machine, I would think you should be able to get parts from them, although it would be a long turn around unless they are willing to have them ship direct to you from the factory in Taiwan. Best I know is that there is limited availability of parts direct from Oliver.

Mark, I know that I arranged through Oliver to have them ship a complete unit (factory direct from Taiwan) to a guy in Indonesia, so I'm guessing that England would not be a problem.

Thanks guys, I will give them a ring closer to the time of our departure.
It's a shame that Oliver don't have an outlet in England, but we will keep using & hoping to attain more equipment from them in the future.

FYI to All: regarding Intellicarve spare parts in USA - Call ICONIC CNC @ 1-800-288-2961
Am having trouble with my machine and have requested price and delivery for a new z-axis ballnut. In the process have found that Oliver does not supply spare parts anymore. Was referred to ICONIC CNC.
