What was wrong with the machine?
you can learn to make your own or pay a fortune for ready made stuff.
Start reading about greyscale on here it should get you going.

mfwaxman, it it my understanding that I-Picture software only runs on windows systems I may be wrong but I think that I read that some where

Bradley: there is a learning curve to it but once you "get it " you can make virtually any image you like using the tools described on this forum. Most sites either want you to pay for a subscription for several hundred dollars/ year or they charge anywhere from $ 50.00 and up each to make images for you. It takes a little time to learn it but when you do you'll just say Wow, at least that's how it was for me. After messing with image making and experimenting all the sudden it starts coming to you then there are no limits on what you can make.

You are right. The 1013 only runs on Windows at this point. No Mac, sorry.

 Please can someone help me, I bought a car in machine a brand-new one about 3 weeks ago, I am still yet to carve anything. I keep getting error 21 electrical reset motor. I've been back to the store several times, they try and help I come home and it's the same thing. It's a six hour return trip to the store where I bought it from and to my home. They told me I have dirty Hydro, and to my house to get electrician. While I did art for many dollars spent which I knew when the first place my Hydro was good I took the machine over to the neighbors house and the same thing it runs for about maybe an hour or two hours slow speed and I get this error 21 message.
