I don't know where you can download it but a member can send it email don't post your email here after we look for and find the zip files someone will ask for it.
This site only allows a 1 meg file post.

Try Steve or Jeremy Stevenson at iconiccnc.com. They were General CNC and offered a 1013 that was the same as Oliver. They have always been a lot of help when needed and usually have access to some parts.
