1013 router drops to first z level of the first cut, program stops, error message "reset motion" . What is the fix for this? First thing to check would be to see if you are hitting any of the limit switches on the X, Y or Z axis. My guess for the culprit would be the X axis. On my machine if I set the start point to be too close to the stop bar on the side of the table the X axis will travel just far enough to the left to touch the switch, so I usually set the start point about 1/4" from the table stop bar on the left. Next would be the Z axis check for the same thing, see if you are hitting the limit switch on the way down to begin the cut. Also sometimes if there is some dust accumulation in or around the switch that could cause the error code also, simple fix is to blow out with compressed air. Try one of these and see if that solves the problem
