All,
I had a nasty virus corrupt my computer and had to wipe it clean. When I his the 1.2Setup.exe file it goes through the full install process but when I click on the Ipicture icon I get an error message that tells me to check out the ipicture log. I have copied what comes up in my log but I have no idea what any of it means or how I fix it. Any help?

Hello Dennis, You might try this: go to your drive and find I-Picture in the program files folder (mine is listed under program files x86 ) double click the I-Picture folder to expand the view and it should look like this: double click the folder where the arrow is pointing (I-Picture exe)and it should get you going.

Good day Dennis. I had the same problem crop up a week ago. I thought it might have been related to a Windows update. I re-installed and ensured that it was trying to run the file as Windows XP in compatibility mode but still had problems. I also tried what Bob suggested. Finally I found that if I right-click my icon and select "run as administrator" it works. That is the new reality for me now though I do not understand why. Andrew.
