Oliver Planer and Jointer

I purchased an Oliver 25" spiral head planer around 6 months ago, the planer seemed to have performed nicely so I placed an order for the 12" spiral head jointer. The jointer arrived and I was disappointed in the shape that the unit was in, totally out of adjustment. I had a machine tech from the company I purchased the machines from come because I was then having problems with the 6 month old planer, turned out to be a bad motor, he adjusted the new jointer while he was taking the 15 hp motor out of the planer and waiting for a response from Oliver on how to proceed, I'm hoping long term once the units are repaired that I have better luck? I'm a little disappointed to say the least!
