Oliver lathe pulley problem

I've got an old 3-phase Oliver lathe with belt problem. The motor pulley seems to have moved out to the point it rubs against the cover plate. Picture attached. The motor itself runs well, is mounted securely and spins freely. Does anyone know how to correct this issue? If it requires moving the pulley shaft please also explain how to do that. I've pulled the spring to try and find a way to possibly push the pulley back in with no success.



There are two model numbers attached to the lathe, so I'm not sure which model it is. I've posted a picture of the plates, so someone more experienced than me with these lathes might be able to identify the model.
