Does a device exist that can plug into the outlet and the machine be plugged into, that would prevent power surges to the machine, buy absorbing the incoming surge, but maintaining consistency on the output into the machine. I know there are surge protectors, but they just trip the power to protect a device, not keep it running.

I use a normal house plug on an extension cord with a surge block for my machine and a light. I think what the problem is may be static electricity in the air from a running motor. I have not had an error since I stopped using other things nearby.

Since I dedicated a breaker to just my machine I haven't had any issues, but I know some folks may not have that benefit, so I was curious.
