In order to keep each and every thread on point with the original subject would you mind creating a different/new thread in order to ask your inquiry that is different and unrelated to the original subject of this thread.
I hope that you dont me making this request but I do feel that it's important for each thread to have its specific and focused subject-topic. This way useful and helpful information doesnt get buried in un-descriptive threads (according to their subjects titles)
Alternatively the forum moderators could possibly change/adjust and edit things so as to "split" this thread up so that the inquiry exists in its own thread.

Actually I thought this was on topic because I am thinking about buying the software and would like some clarification on a few things in it like:
It looks like I can cut directly on line or all the way through like I can with cut2d, can holding notches be programed into the design?
And I would like to make a test cut from the output even if it is water marked it would let me see that its compatible with this machine.
It appears you want these threads to be ads only.

I dont feel as though burying information into threads with non descript subjects (for the inquires and items being discussed and address) is benefical to the majority.
I respectfully disagree that my threads and subjects are ads only, ive posted up some useful and informative technical information. I also label each of the thread with descriptive subject titles which would hopefully help for fellow forum users to decide if they wish to read and know more about that subject.
Hopefully with the additional description above you can better understand why I feel that its best to keep the thread subjects and topic seperated out for the different inquires and questions (it will make it easier for any/all others to see, find and read about)

RE: looks like I can cut directly on lineUsing "profile" toolpath inside of ACE will allow you to cut in several different styles: Outside, Inside or Along If I understand the question correctly the Along a profile (aka vector) would give you the directly on line cutting application that you are asking about. RE: all the way throughThe toolpath menu and set-up in ACE does allow the user to control the depth of the cut. You can cut to a specific depth or all the way through your material. RE: can holding notches be programed into the designToolpath Tabs (aka Bridges) are available in the base version of ACE. The limitation with the base version is that you are able to apply and use 1 tab per piece being cut out. The tab is placed on the start point (green node) of the vector shape. If a user would like more than 1 tab and more control of how they are placed, configured and the tab style (2D or 3D tab) than their is a module that would open up more user control for this manufacturing element. Module is Advanced 2D Machining Module and the cost is $249.
