ok, This may be a stupid question but I just bought my 1013 carver and I followed the instructions on clicked and dragged I-picture on to my desktop. IS that it? When I watched the video it should a auto window popping up to install this program and I never had that window pop up and I have an exe file but nothing happens when I click on that either.

Don't use the I-picture.exe; instead use the I-picture file. I agree it's not like the video, but once you find it you will be good forever.
