I recently had to re-install the Firmware on my 1015 pro which went well. It is the newest 2.002 Since then when I start a new carving, I get as far as starting the carving when the X and Y coordinates both zero out leaving just the Z coordinate with a value. The motor starts and the machine just sits a 0,0 position. An odd item is if I go to the configuration and set the M3 to close, and repeat the new carving, the carver moves as it should but the router fails to start. I did notice after applying the Firmware that my only settings for speed are now just LOW, NORMAL and HIGH. I have lost the other router and carver speeds.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I suspect that I will likely have to redo the Firmware update and HEX file.
Another thing I have noticed is the starting point for the X axis is way to the left of where it should be and if started there is would carve into the frame of the machine.
I have tried several times to reapply the HMI file and the Firmware. The HMI file applies as it should takes a few minutes but then applying the Firmware nothing happens since after the HMI update it says the Firmware is up-to-date and it won't allow the Firmware update to be reapplied. I guess if the Firmware could be removed and reapplied that might work but I don't have any instructions on how to accomplish that.
