No my machine does not behave like that! There must be some bad commands going to the x axis to make it do that. I think the only way to get it resolved at this point is thru Oliver Machinery, hopefully they can diagnose the problem and resolve it for you. Only thing I can think of would be a bad PC board on the machine but I really have no real idea.

Me, I would be on the phone to them, resolving thru back and forth & waiting for emails usually is a long process, just my 2 cents

Hi Bob, The square works fine. Only issue that remains is the pauses in the open non cutting spaces. Does your's do this ? If you have the 2x firmware, you have a newer circuit board. It's possible the updated hardware/firmware is designed that way.

Not sure why it would be designed to stop in the open for no reason ?
This is what I was told was the reason "The pause In the open space as the video you took Is to enhance X asix Ine movement."
Make sense of that ? In construction, when we make a mistake, we call it a feature ..... but it's really a mistake...

I should also mention that I don't recall it doing that with the original firmware. The pauses that is.

Buggy firmware. Discrepancy between what I-Picture processed and the new firmware is made to act. We are basically Beta testers.

Very new to the 1013 any advice on directly linking the computer to the CNC, and which CAM will work with Rino without spending any more, I bought the ArtCam Express before I learned about the pay as you go Exchange? Also the manual is short on any G-Code details, do you have any better references? Thank you.

Well i always use the normal method setting it seems to go a lot better, at that speed for the comfort carving. I know it requires, more time that way but it results in a better outcome. It almost, seemed like in it clip it was shifting at high-speed.

i agree with jacobb you right normal method setting is good for your issue. If you want any other trick so you can search the google hope you can find the other method.
