Does anyone have a grayscale American Flag they would be willing to share? I've tried to find and make one, but to no avail.

Did you try google "greyscale flags" images and when you see one close to what you want click view more to get a whole page of similar ones.

I have this one, don't remember where I got it. I go into publisher, and then stretch it into the shape I want. I've included a sample of what it looked like on a sample piece I cut, smallish piece only 6.5" tall, so I think it'll look great on a larger piece. Attachments:

Here's the same flag stretched into a different size, this piece was cut on some scrap wood as a test before the final cut piece. It measured 10 x 15", cut at a z of .24" Attachments:
