myspace.com/max22258/video/20151025_220156.mp4/109840828?mri=112535458I have bought a carving machine the 1013 intelli carver on the 16 October 2015. The dealer had showed me some nice carving he made and they were very impressive. I have been unable to produce carving like he did, there is a terrible noise coming from what I assume is the bearing, all the wood tear up instead of being cut nice. I have been a woodworker for 35 years and never had a machine that did that sort of bad quality work. I assume that when the machine travel on the X axis it vibrates due to the bearing and do not cut the wood properly giving results subpar when comparing to the dealer (BusyBee). Anyone had problems similar !!!

Find it strange that I do not get an answer here. I think I will return this machine for something different like a pilot pro. I already received a quote and it is reasonable. Too bad for the 1013 was looking forward to have a much better quality, I know I can achieve it but I need to change that motor and use a real router with a little more speed and power.

Max, you had posted on several different categories.....so I hope you found the responses with the others. The bulletin board is not checked but about once per day, so responses from other users or the factory will not be as immediate as we'd like during problem times. Since you purchased it through a dealer, have you been able to show him the problems and see if he has a solution? Maybe he'd have a spare spindle motor you could swap out with yours for a trial, that would show you whether or not this is the problem area.
