Well the coupler on my machines X axis broke and am awaiting the replacement part In the meantime I have Super glued the broken one together in a desperate attempt to get some orders done that were promised, since the process of getting parts is sooooo long. The super glue seems to be holding OK for now, but I don't know how long it will hold, so wish me luck! Yes folks that's 1013 plus super glue running there

Inventive solution Bob, did Oliver have one in stock or is it coming from Taiwan?

Rick, The super glue solution came from a video I seen years ago where they tested super glue to bond two pieces of metal together. The surfaces had to be absolutely smooth and oil free and once they were glued together they would not come apart. The coupler was not in stock, Nick took one off of a broken returned machine to send out, otherwise 4-6 weeks to get over here from Taiwan.

Two questions....
1. Is the coupler aluminum? Having never had the cover off I thought it looked plastic through the small opening.
2. How do you take screenshots of your ipicture preview pictures to share? I haven't been smart enough to figure that out, and it would help in some quoting processes to customers so they could get a better feel for the final product.
Sounds like your business is doing well, have you had your fall show yet?

To do a screen shot of the ipicture I would just hit prtsc and then copy past that onto your graphic software and then cut it out to clean the ipicture up or you could just post it into a word document and save the whole picture. What I wish is you could change the position of what you are viewing in the preview picture instead of just the center.

Thanks shaft, but when I hit the prtscn key nothing happens; tried it plain, with ctrl/alt, just alt, and with shift. I'll have my son explain how to do it to me when he comes over. Computer savvy I'm not.

Sounds like your business is doing well, have you had your fall show yet? The coupler is aluminum, to take a screen shot , I hold the shift key down and hit the button for prtscr. I then open microsoft paint and in the upper left corner area select paste, then opt to save to a file. Fall show was most excellent and I am trying to fulfill a few custom orders from that show
