Is there a quick method of downloading? I have spent the whole day trying to get this program onto my computer, followed all directions and still cant get the 1015 up and running. Is there a file that you can put on the flash drive to test out the machine? I am very frustrated at this point.......

I have the 1013, which is similar only smaller. What I take your problem to be is that you have the program on your computer, and are trying to put the flash drive into the machine and run a piece. Is this right?
If you can open i-picture on your computer (using the i-picture folder and not the i-picture.exe one), you should be able to download one of the pictures in the included file of samples that came with the machine. Then you convert it (in i-picture) into a gee file (gcode), save it, put it onto your flash drive and then into the machine itself. The machine reads gee codes, not the pictures (jpeg, png, etc) so you need to convert it within i-picture.
If you're saying that you are unable to get i-picture loaded onto your computer, especially if you have Window's 8, I'd recommend calling Oliver Machinery tomorrow (Pacific time) and speak with Dan. He'll walk you through the process, I've found him great to work with.
