Well In my situation the motor stop working. Got a alternative from, Oliver under warranty so once i put the new one in i decided to investigate to examine what went wrong with the bad one. What I found was that the magnetic that is covered like a cylinder around the spindle motor base had actually damaged and part about the place of a finger nail had damaged off.
