I need help loading the software to my computer I have the 1013 model. I keep getting an error message something about the I-picture.exe/log. I have windows 7 the company sent me a disk but it still won't load. I need a lot of help ! Please

That one should install it on all windows systems, the one named I-Picture.log is a text file, not and exe. file. You may have to be logged in as administrator to install on your computer. You also might try viewing this video: I-PictureYou can also try this: Another way is to install to your hard drive using all default choices. Once completed put your mouse over the newly created i-picture icon and right-click your mouse. Select "Properties" and then "Compatibility" check "run as administrator" apply and save. you should be ok |
