I've had my 1013 for about a month and after two weeks one project lost it's X coordinate orientation and started cutting gradually towards the side away from the control panel until it hit the limit switch and shut down.
Now the last two projects have both done this.
The carving starts normally until about the 12% finished point then starts to move up until the limit switch is hit at about 25$ completion.
Any ideas?
Thanks

I am posting your image with a few changes that might help. First thing is when I downloaded it the color profile was listed as RBG, which I changed to grayscale, I also converted the image to a PNG format which is the one that works the best. I then added a pure white border around the outside and blurred it to about 14. I had a problem similar before and by adding the pure white border around the edge, that took care of it. The border you can cut off after carve if you don't want it, some will say it is not necessary but I have found it resolved that problem for me.

I'll agree with Bob on adding a small white border around everything, it works for me also.
Bob - you may be contacted by a Boy Scout leader from Fort Wayne, he stopped by today and wanted some work done but I couldn't do it with my table needing worked on and commitments coming up so I recommended that he contact you through this bulletin board. I should of got his contact info for you, but i was in the middle of mowing the yard, hot, and brain dead at the time.
